Any Return Guests or Referrals

We offer any repeat guests or referrals 10% off their stay with us. This discount needs to be applied by a member of our team. Please contact us before making your reservation to confirm the discount can be applied.
Any stay longer than six nights
-10% off entire stay
For any stay that is longer than six nights in a single room, 10% will be taken off the total of the guest's stay. This discount is automatically applied via our reservation system. Please contact us with any questions.
Booking three homes simultaneously for more than 3 nights
-10% off entire stay
Often times our guests reserve multiple rooms, and as a way to show our gratitude, we will deduct 10% of the entire stay for all days that three homes are simultaneously reserved. This is only applicable for stays that are longer than 3 nights. This discount needs to be applied by a member of our team. Please contact us before making your reservation to confirm the discount can be applied.
Booking all homes simultaneously for more than 3 nights
-15% off entire stay
If you book the Lithies cluster and Villa Dione, we will deduct 15% of the entire stay for the days that all homes are simultaneously reserved. This is only applicable for stays that are longer than 3 nights. This discount needs to be applied by a member of our team.
